Cairo-Mubasher: El Ahram for Printing and Packing and also Elsaeed Contracting and Real Estate Investment Company announced that the record date for their bonus shares is 16 September.
El Ahram and Elsaeed are distributing 0.6% bonus share and 0.2% bonus share issues, respectively.
Both companies resorted to issuing bonus shares so as to increase their capitals.
